Privacy Policy

Please carefully read our privacy policy. It explains what information this website handles, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: August 1, 2026

This website is operated by Mold & Allergy LLC, serving South Florida. We collect only what we need to respond to you and to keep the site working, and we never sell your information.

When you contact us through the site

Our contact and quote forms ask for your name and phone number (required) and, if you choose to provide them, your email address, the property address, and a description of your project. Along with your message, we receive the address of the page you submitted the form from, an approximate location (your city and region, derived from your IP address by our hosting provider, Cloudflare), and the time you submitted it.

Your submission is delivered to our business inbox as an email so we can get back to you — when you provide an email address, it is set as the reply address on that email. Form submissions are not stored in any database; the email to us is the only copy.

Spam and abuse protection

To keep the form usable, submissions are rate-limited: your IP address is used briefly as a counter (a handful of submissions per minute) and is not used to build any profile. When enabled, the form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused alternative to CAPTCHA, which sends a verification token and your IP address to Cloudflare to confirm the submission came from a person.

Analytics

Like millions of other websites, we use Google Analytics on our website. Google Analytics is a piece of software that grabs data about our visitors (you) — something like an advanced server log. It records things such as:

  • What website you came from to get here.
  • How long you stay for.
  • What kind of device and browser you're using.
  • Which pages you view and, through Google's automatic “enhanced measurement,” events like scrolling, outbound-link clicks, and taps on our phone number or email address.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. The tracking information allows us to better understand the kind of people who come to our website and what content they're reading, so we can make better decisions about design and writing. Occasionally, we will compile aggregate statistics about the number of visitors this site receives and browsers being used. No personally identifying data is included in this type of reporting. You can block or clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Hosting

This site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the IP address and request details of each visit in order to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
